  • i have to register complaint against my college & university .As i have financial problem i cant afford my master studies fees so i asked them to retain my original certificate as it mentioned in universities norms. That student can retain its marksheets without demanding any money.But college demanding fees of entire course thats allmost 1 lakh Rupees. i go to university for help but they refuse to do so. now i m stuck & cant do any job also because they demanding my original documents to verify as per company norms. i m fed up with all this. so pls give me the email id of education minister of india & gujarat also . i tried but not find it. pls friends so i can mail my problem with norms attached to Govt. & ask for help.
