Is collegeboard.com the GPA weighted or unweighted?

Low unweighted GPA, high weighted GPA?

  • I have I 3.65 unweighted GPA but a 4.58 weighted GPA. Will my low unweighted GPA affect me a lot from getting into a really good college? ( such as ivy leagues or other great schools ) I have a good amount of ECs and alot of community service hours and high SAT/ACT.

  • Answer:

Colleges only ask for unweighted GPA. They want to see a high GPA, high test scores, and that you took difficult classes. To get into a very top school, you also need to find some way to make yourself stand out.

Other answers

When applications ask for your GPA, they want a raw GPA, colleges will assess how "weighted" they think your GPA should be. People who get into ivy league schools have very high unweighted GPAs.
