What is the cheapest US college for international students?

US College? for international students~?

  • To enter a college in US, is it that u have to take the SAT? which subjects? and if i am an international student, do i have to take tofel as well?? and since i am not studying in us, so i have a local system in where i live, and it determines whether students can go to the universities there.... so but like if i take the SAT and applied to the US colleges? Will they look at that result back in my hometown? Like maybe no applicants will have taken that exam that is specially for my region... i know they will look at awards and extra-cirricula activities and community services. but is that really really important? let' s say top universities. (silly question i know) but usually what do they look for? is there an example of what the top students achieve/engage in that get them into top universities? And does the criteria for differeny majors different? Is there sth as law subject in college that fresh graduates from high school can study? I know u have to major in sth first like a 4-year program before getting into law school, but surely this will help? or u suggest i apply for some other that can proof my persuasion and writing skills? Thanks!! i know i have got a lot of questions!! :)

  • Answer:

U dont need to take it. (the SAT whatever that is) I studied in Australia, like their high school and lets say i got an ATAR/UAI of 99.80(hopefully). And i want to study in HARVARD business school for example, I would go into my UNI in Australia and study the course i would take example Economics/Commerce. Then half way through the semester i would travel to HARVARD in united states as a international exchange student and study there and get a degree in Harvard business school and get a killer resume.... No SAT required, as long as u finish high shcool and got good result in ur country.. (i did heaps of curricular activities, eg cricket for my state, 99.80 atar (hopefully), community service, run marathons, played chess for my state, debate for my school , youth ambassador, play the violin and saxaphone, speak 4 language, work experienced in a big company, casual work in mcdonalds, lots of friends, write for my local newspaper, spelling champion, did scouts, organised charity events. and more. ADDITIONAL DETAILS What is ur local system, SAT is that u finished high school in the United states and that u completed high school in the united states, just take ur country's education system and go into ur countrys uni and then transfer to harvard. NO SAT required for international studnets.
