Will I get accepted to Arizona state with these stats...?

I'm a sophomore in high school, live in oregon, 3.5 GPA freshman year, shooting for a 3.75 rest of high school, all on a 4.0 scale, play on the basketball and baseball team and will through high school, 40 hours volunteer work and shooting for 150 by end of high school, 1 year of leadership, need 24 credits to graduate and i will finish with 31.5, taking honors english, also took an AP math class, 5 years of spanish, 4 years of math, science, and history, also taking drivers ed, shooting for a 1900-2050 on SAT and a 30 on ACT...If i keep this up, will i get accepted to arizona state university?
