Do I have A Chance of Getting Into the University of Chicago?

What is my chance of getting into University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign?

• I really want to get into this university, I applied it already, and I will know their decision by 2/15, , but I just want to know what is my chance of getting into this university, thank you. My Regular GPA is 3.7 My class rank is about 7% I am an international student I got 26 on the ACT I joined math team and chess team for 4 year (got a lot of award for these two teams) I was in varsity tennis team for 2 years I took AP calculus BC in my junior years and got 5 on AP exam I am also taking AP statistics and AP physics I have done some small amount volunteers My major will be computer science One disadvantage is that I didn't learn any foreigh language, since I am in ESL (currently highest level of ESL). Another disadvantage is that I don't know how were my two essays, probably not very good, since I am an ESL student and I didn't let anyone check my two essays before I submitted them. I actually think that I have 50% chance, so what do you think my chance is?

  Well, first off, you really should have had your essays proofread, but that's in the past. Anyway, with UofI, it really depends on what program you're applying to. The business and engineering programs are very hard to get into. I'd say if you're applying to anything else, you have a 80% chance. If it's business or engineering, probably a 60% chance. Good luck!
