Whats the difference between a RN with an associates degree than an RN with a bachelors degree?

Answer:
My former sister-in-law was an RN. She first got a degree in Music Education and taught school. She got disillusioned and returned to school, this time getting an associate RN degree. She told me that, in reality, there is little difference. It may have a difference now for management positions though. Where I live, there are all kind of programs, even one where you can get an MSN if you have ANY undergraduate degree.
