Do you need to be in sports to get into a UC?

Im not good at sports. And whats been keeping from joining is my anxiety disorder. If i don't join any sports in highschool do you think i will still have a good chance to get into a UC? UC Davis is my dream school. Also, about how many hours do we need of community service?

My knowledge is 20 years out of date but I got into UC Berkeley in 1992 and played no sports whatsoever. A lot of people didn't. Maybe it has changed since then, but I would find that bizarre. They are looking for a good mix. Oddly enough, the dorm they put me in, Clark Kerr, was a combination of science geeks and football players. I'd like to think I was neither...
