Chances of getting into university of penn?

My chances of getting into a good college? and scholarship?

• I really want to get into University of Chicago, or maybe U Penn, but Im not sure if id be accepted or get a sizable scholarship. Im not going to get financial aid, my gpa is a 3.7, my weighted is a 4.2 (trying to get it higher). My SAT score is 2200 Im taking 4 ap tests this year, 4 next year. 99% chance I am going to rock the interview and the essay. What are my chances of getting into either college and getting a scholarship? I am middle eastern if that helps with affirmative action

  Upenn.. you can try just for kicks.. but I doubt you'll get in. You have a better chance at Uchicago. You're gpa is too low for upenn. you're sat score is really good, but a litttle low for upenn. Middle eastern. Yea. You're probably more likely too get affirmative action. Also, AP tests are great, and class rigor is good.. but what upenn (and i guess any college really..) want is a student who stands out do you know how many applicants upenn gets with a 4.0, good act score, class rigor... etc... What are your extra-curricular? Your commitments? your volunteer work? those matter too.
