Congratulations on your pregnancy. Almost no schools are going to care what your personal life looks like so long as you get the work done, unless your personal life involves criminal activity or something. If you want to go to Brigham Young University or another school that considers it important that members of the academic community adhere to certain moral standards, there may be issues. (I believe BYU had morals clauses the last time I looked, but that was years ago.) But at most colleges and certainly at any public college or university, applicants' and students' sex lives as their own business unless something illegal is going on, roommates and neighbors aren't being made too uncomfortable, and relationships do not involve one partner who has a significant amount of power over the another (such as a dean and her professor or a TA and his student). If you will be the primary caregiver to your child while you are at college, though, you're going to have some tougher challenges than many (but by no means all) of your classmates. I encourage you to plan ahead as much as possible, so that you're not trying to, for example, figure out a plan for backup childcare for a sick child on a day when there's a midterm you can't miss and your child has a fever. You may want to look into whether schools have on-campus daycare centers (and how long the waiting lists are) and family housing for parents (some schools do; other schools will only allow spouses in "family" housing; and some schools will just not require parents to live on campus even if most of the other freshmen are required to). You might also want to see whether you can be assigned to an advisor who is also a parent, especially one who had at least one child before finishing graduate school, too. Good luck with all of it.

They do not care that you have a child at a young age. They also will expect that you perform as well as the rest of the students. They will not give you any slack because you have extra responsibilities.

No, they won't. You don't even have to report it. It's none of their business. But you will have a very hard time focusing on school with a new baby. Maybe wait a year or two first?
