    3 US universities rival for havin' best J-Schools. Columbia, UNC at Chapel Hill and Mizzou - U of Missouri-Columbia (not to be mixed w/the 1st one: Mizzou is located in Columbia, MO). The definition of "best" is really divided among all 3 schools. Columbia is known for PR specialists and governmental speechwriters. U of North Carolina is great in advertising. Mizzou is the best for reporters, editors, etc. So, your school choice would really depend on your field choice...
