Is it normal to be scared about college?

Scared to go to college because of ragging?

  • i'll be going to college next year and i am bloody scared hearing the ragging incidents. i am a girl and wll be going to an engineering college which is male dominated. they tell u to strip even masturbate! how to deal with it? I try to think that there will be a lot of students with me so it wouldnt be that emabssing and that everbody went to college and survived it so will i. Still so scared! ...i know ragging is a crime here in india..but insipe of this it still happens

Ragging happens only when the teachers aren't around, usually in the hostels, and there are separate hostels for both men and women. But if you re so scared, attend a women's college. If you can't find one that offers Engineering, join for an Arts course.
