  Usually the requirement is to be in the 99th percentile in your school (top 1%) and also challenge yourself with courses and excel in them. Taking easy classes and getting As doesn't get you into Harvard. Also, you're going to have to be loaded with extracurricular activities and volunteer work. You'll also have to score in the 99th percentile on your SATs. You will need to have an outstanding interview with a recruiter (if that's an option for you) and you will need to have outstanding references, and shoot out an excellent college essay. As for MCAT, it's a test for medical school. As in it's the test you will need to take to apply for Harvard/Oxford AFTER you've done a bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/BBA) so you can go to medical school to become a doctor. I am assuming you're only in high school so don't worry about the MCAT or grad school standardized tests like it (ie: LSAT, GMAT, GRE) for now.
