Do college grades matter when transferring to another college without any credits?

Can I transfer to another community college without transferring my grades.?

  You must have official transcripts that show your grades sent by all colleges that you have attended to all colleges to which you apply or which admit you and that you plan to attend, depending on the requirements of the new colleges. Some want them from all applicants. Others want them only from admitted applicants who plan to attend. You cannot "start over". If you try, you will be caught and will not be admitted or will be expelled, depending on when you are caught. This answer does not necessarily apply to applicants to for profit diploma mills such as University of Phoenix, but classes and degrees from schools of this type are worth virtually nothing. These schools essentially want to enroll as many students as possible so that they can collect money from the students or help arrange to get money from student loans which the students must repay.
