What is the difference between Medical Administration and Medical Office Administration?

Is there a difference between Public Administration and Public Management Administration?

• The University of Arizona offers a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Under the USN's College Ranking category of Public Affairs, U of A is ranked 37. However, under the specializations for U of A Public Affairs, it places U of A's Master's in Public MANAGEMENT Administration at 13th place (not too bad) But is there a difference between Public Administration and Public MANAGEMENT Administration or are they the same? I happen to be an Arizona resident so obtaining a quality graduate degree at resident tuition sounds very enticing .

An easy analogy is comparing Physics grad schools and their Astronomy grad programs Or Business schools and their Accounting programs Arizona is a very fine school in every way. that is a very worthwhile degree, especially if you intend to stay in Arizona or to work on behalf of Arizona in D.C.
