What does it mean when a patent fee status has lapsed?

University Acceptance question!?

• okay so I applied to Dal and have everything needed in the application (letter, fee, HS marks sent, ontario uni number) but it still says "Incomplete items outstanding." Im above cut-off range and also under decision it says "Written Notification to Follow" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? or is it some glitch?   It sounds like they are still reviewing your application and other documents. "Written notification to follow" means that they will notify you of their decision in writing. Since you just submitted a letter on March 4th, someone is still reviewing you application. Does their website say if letters of acceptance are mailed or emailed? If you are concerned about your status, call or email the Admissions Office. They should be able to tell you when you a decision will be made. Best wishes!
