How good is the University of Michigan Medical School?

Which is a better school: University of Illinois or University of Michigan?

  • I am trying to make a last-minute decision between attending the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor? Which is the better school? I was under the impression that U of M had a better reputation, but some people have been disagreeing with me. If anyone has ANY insight at all, please let me know! My major is Psychology, if that helps. Thank you!!!

    It is very close. Both are VERY good schools. The University of Illinois is the 5th best Public University in the U.S. and The University of Michigan is the 3rd best University in the U.S. But more students that go to Illinois have a better chance of getting a good job that 90% of all other universities. Illinois is also a great Psychology school.

U of M is better. Michigan rules!!! :D And in my opinion, it has a way better repuation than the University of Illinois, plus the football team is better. :) My best friend is actually studying psychology at U of M, she loves it. She says they have really good programs and all the professors are ace, you will get your moneys worth for sure.I hope this helps atleast a bit, but if not, you should probably check out the website, if you haven't done so already.

This is easy. U of M. Michigan is known for having the highest standards in education. If you go there you will know you are getting your moneys worth on a quality education.
