What degrees can you get to enter pharmacy school?

So I am 16, and a junior. I have been doing some research and I have a question. What degrees can one get to enter the pharmacy school. I heard you have to get a pre-pharmacy degree such as biology or chemical engineering. Then I heard you can apply and enter a pharmacy school to get a pharmD degree. Could I: 1.Go to University of Toledo for Bachellors in chemical engineering. 2. Apply for the college of pharmacy to get my pharmD degree at University of Toledo. 3. Work part time in a pharmacy during school. 4. 6-7 years from now, become a pharmacist. But could fall back on my chemical engineering degree if need be.
