What would be a good topic for my english oral, something interesting?

Position paper topic ? FUN !?

• i have a position paper to write as an english assignment, i was given a list of banned topics about 36 topic, they mostly contain the boring ones i'd never write about (abortion, drugs, violence, crime.. etc) What i want to do is to write about a fun, interesting, not very serious topic something like How fairly tales should be banned since they harmfully affect children ? how vampires stories were originally based on people with rabies ? be creative and come up with a topic please =D but don't let your imagination take you too far i need to get sources for the paper.. so it has to be a real debatable topic.

  Well maybe I'm weird, but I think those "boring" topics are actually really interesting. I'm sure your teacher would think of you as a pretty smart person if you took the time to type out an amazing essay about such "grown-up" topics. But if you do one on.. fairy tales.. you might look childish. Maybe you can do one on censorship in music/television. That's not necessarily boring..
