Which backpack is the most acceptable for college?

Which backpack do you recommend for a college student?

I have had a Jansport backpack for years now ("The Big Student" model) and I need a new backpack. I was looking into getting a North Face backpack. I want one that has space for my 15 inch laptop and enough space to carry heavy textbooks/notebooks. It would be nice to get a backpack that doesn't loose its shape like my Jansport did ( it ended looking droopy after a while) and that has back support. Which style(s) would you recommend me to get? Are there other brand of backpacks that you recommend?
