Millersville, or West Chester University?

I got accepted to these colleges, as well as Indiana University of Pennsylvania Also considering Penn State, but these colleges are about half the price of that, so I'm considering them instead. I think I really like the look of West Chester, especially the quaintness of the surrounding area. Anybody been there, or to Millersville ?
