How to be a good college student and successful lawyer?

• I am a college student studying Law and Criminal Justice and i want to how to be more successful in college even tho i am good great i just want to know how can i improve minor things just to stay on good terms. Also How to be a successful lawyer?

  1. Keep up with your coursework. 2. Aim to master every course, learn all of it, not just what you think will be on the test. This will put you ahead of others. 3. Try to turn in professional quality work, not just the work of a student. 4. For those subjects that really, really interest you, do some extra reading or projects in that area. Check out the crime and law sections at Barnes & Noble or your campus bookstores and read that stuff as well as the textbooks. Or hang out at a court and watch how the cases are handled. 5. Maybe do some volunteer work or an internship with a law office or a community activist organization related to fighting crime or prisoners. 6. For law school prep, take introductory logic (usually in the Philosophy department). 7. Get to know the professors of your favorite classes. Discuss ideas their lectures made you have. Ask for more info on topics that interest you.
