Chances at Michigan State University?

What are my chances of getting into Michigan State University?

• I have a GPA of 2.3 (though I've been working hard this year to boost that) with a 25 on my ACT. I plan on majoring in English Literature and my English subscore was a 33. I'm the secretary of one club, editor of/photographer for the yearbook, as well as president of another club. Besides my involvement in school organizations, I also volunteer at Open Books, a literacy advocacy program; Center on Halsted, a community center dedicated to serving the LGBT community in the Chicagoland area; and Belmont Assembly of God. My writing skills are excellent, so I'm confident in the quality of my essay. I've taken honors Spanish for the past two years and took a college course at Columbia College Chicago over the summer (earned 2.00 credits and received an A- in the class). I'd also be an out-of-state student (from IL).
