What are some great science colleges or universities?

Good science colleges/universities?

• im going to be a senior in high school and i aced regular chemistry in junior year and im waiting for my SAT chemistry scores tomorow (june 26).. i wanted to know what are good science schools where a lot of the students study physical sciences such as chemistry or physics. i am 90% sure that i will be majoring in chemistry, depending on how AP physics goes next year. im bummed that i dont have room for AP chem in my schedule tho. (id rather take chem and physics , instead of 2 years of chem, <-- is this a bad idea since i want to major in chem?) im applying in the fall to UCLA, UC Berkeley, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY stonybrook, and possibly Cornell (i wiill most prob get rejected from cornell tho). for all of you new yorkers, i know that stonybrook is a good science school, but i would rather go to Binghamton, even tho they are not as big on science. does anybody kno any other good science schools either in new york, cali (or neighboring states) or florida?

  In California my favourite is Caltec. IMHO as good at MIT and Stanford but 17% of applicants get in compared to about 9% at Stanford and 12% at MIT. Also check out Harvey Mudd. Thanks Bill
