What to do to classes that did not put in my transcript because of over limit credit they told me take classes?

the director ask me to take classes but the when I finisned the course she told me that I was over limit credits and they cannot put it in my transcript, they told me they going to refund my money and forget about the classes I took I dont know what I am going to do

That does not seem right. That "solution" does not make sense, even if you are over your credit limit. I think you should go over their head. You might need those classes later on, you never know. If you have receipts that you did pay and some other proof that you took the classes, try to talk to someone, besides the director, that can help you. The assistant dean, burser, another director... someone should be able to look at it for you.
