Where's the best place to work part-time if you're a college student?
-
I need a job fast, but not sure where to start looking for jobs!! Over all is it better to work at a wal-mart or some privately owned business? Or should I not be so picky and take what i get?
-
Answer:
If you need a job fast, take what you can get now, and be picky later. Make sure whoever you go with, you'll be able to go to class when you have class. If you can, try for a business that can be flexible about your hours so that if you have a tough week coming, you can reduce or cut off your hours for a while before going back to your regular schedule. Some larger companies have tuition reimbursement programs that can be quite nice. Free money for college is never a bad thing.
