ITT Tech construction management?

Question, would you rather hire a construction management bachelor graduate from ITT Tech with 3 years experience in residential drafting and design and 4 years construction experience. Or would you rather hire a fresh out of school graduate in construction management from a regular college or university? I am the ITT Tech option. Any questions comments?

In construction management, I'd probably hire you, to be honest. ITT Tech doesn't have the greatest rep, but in your field, it's not horrible. The degree, plus your experience, may get you in. The difficulty you may face is with larger companies. Many of them require that degrees be from regionally accredited schools, which ITT Tech is not. Don't *not* apply to those jobs, but do be aware of this potential hurdle.
