How do you study/ work hard?

How can I motivate myself to study and work hard?

  • This semester i have had no motivation to study maybe because im exhausted from all the studying and stress in the first semester. i only do stupid things like watching movies... anything but not studying . and i always procrastinate ,i even failed an assignment lately and its the first time i fail of course because im too lazy ... i don't want to fail the course too and disappoint everyone.. i need to stop procrastinating and study for the finals so what can i do to focus only on that

    try to relax. & i have a problem w/ procrastinating as well. its easiest if you do a little bit of big projects at a time. & try to do shorter assignments the first chance you get. when you study, break up studying time so its not too much. like 1 hour, then 1/2 hour break

Get a part-time job as a waitress. There's nothing like working a dead-end job that you hate to motivate you to finish your education.

I'm have the same issues! I usually set my own due dates for things instead of keeping track of the real ones (psych myself out), I work well under pressure though. If all you have is a due date that you make you have to follow through because the real one will be a mystery =D But then if there are extenuating circumstances you'll hopefully have extra time to fit your work in.
