What is the correct way to study for a 4 week biology course?

• Hi there, I want to know whats the best way to study for a first year biology speed course. Its everyday from mondays to fridays and class time + commute time is already 5 hours so I am pressed for time. Just to let you know, its really hard for me to focus and I tend to procrastinate a lot. I know I shouldn't but I feel that the way I study does not help me. Is there a "correct way" to study? Please give me some tips, I want to at least pass this course.
