How can I write a good appeal letter of college admission decision?

I've been rejected from a few colleges I really want to go. However, I do not have any new information to send in. I think I really worked hard in my high school years and I deserve to go to those colleges and I think I will be sucessful there. How can I write a good appeal letter to those colleges?

search on google "how to write appeal letter", you will get a plenty of websites with good suggestions. Read at least 10 of them so you have something to compare with. I did it when I was writing my cv. It really helped.
