What are the best music universities in Europe?

Universities for music?

please let me know of any good universities that offer undergraduate music i would like if they: 1) offer music 2) are in an english-speaking country 3) do not require that you specialize too early. I'd like it if they offer a broad range of courses within their degree, and do not require that you choose between performing/composing/musicology very early in your education. 4) they offer a course in film music and/or film music composing 5) they offer courses in modern music, world music and/or music technology thank you! if you find courses that offer most, but not all, of these things, please tell me anyway (just tell me which they don't offer if possible).
