What is the best book for TOEFL iBT?

Plz help me?? how much probably will it take to prepare for TOEFL-IBT, with the help of coaching classes?

i need to go to college, also planning to join toefl-ibt coaching classes, so in all starting on day-1, when shall i book ny exam date, can i do it in 40 days? i would regularly dedicate 4 hrs for preparation every day, and would work harder in last days. Do anyone have a genuine idea or plan for toefl-ibt?? plz help!!

well if you are comfortable with reading, speaking, writing in English and can understand spoken English you can get ready in a very short time. You might even need no preparation but what is your level of English? I'm not a native speaker but I took TOEFL with zero preparation and scored very high in it.
