Which college can i get into?! can i get into UVM?

• I'm a senior in high school and I have my top 4 schools chosen - University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Vermont, Keene State and Champlain College the only problem is that I haven't taken very challenging courses and my sophomore year really brought my GPA down, but from that year I have raised my grades high, and I am taking Physics (Adv), Psych(Adv.) Chemistry 2 (Adv) and Calculus all this year , I have gone above what they recommend for minimum acceptance, or what the minimum is to apply. I have done Field Hockey for 2 years, Lacrosse for my third year this year, I am on math team and yearbook, I took the SAT's twice, I plan on doing at a local elementary school reading for younger children next half and plan to be a part of my schools winter track club. My mom went to trinity college which is now trinity campus at UVM, my dad went to UVM and my brother graduate from there a couple years ago. I have been a Vermont resident for 17 years. Right now i have a 2.64 GPA but i am hoping to graduate with a 3.0 maybe even a 3.1 I know that's low. I will have really great recommendations and am focusing a TON on my essays to them. oh I have also been confirmed by my church. and i am going for nutrition/dietetics i am doing physics and calculus which they recommend Do you think i have a shot at any of them/which ones can i get into

  SAT scores are a lot more important to them, looking at my school graphs, than GPA so if you have around a 2.8, and good SAT scores, like above 1700) and your a VT resident, you should be fine good luck!
