How good of a chance do I have of getting accepted to Villanova University?

• I have a 3.3 GPA (unweighted) at a difficult private school, my sat score is 1950, I'm hispanic (will this give me a higher chance of being accepted?) i am the president of the debate club, i have started a political activism group at school, I do a lot of volunteer work, I play piano, and I am in the top 40% of my class. How good of a chance do I have of going to Villanova? I know they have an undergraduate business program ranked 11 in the country. Also, mychances.net (which is 85% accurate) says I have a 23% chance of being accepted at Stanford. Do you think this is about true?
