How to write a reflective paper?

I have to write a paper and I dont know how to start it. Any help?

• These are the assingnment guidlines: Confucius, Plato, Aritotle and Erasmus are having dinner together and I have beeen invited to observe the conversation. During my observstions I take copious amounts of notes and I notice they focus on the following topics: Personal philosophy of life and the meaning of life, role of education, role of the teacher, and role of students. My bestfriend asks, " How was dinner?", "What did you talk about?" In this writing assignment I have to write about what I told my friend. My friend knows a little bit about philosophy, but he/she doesn't know as much as I do. In my own words, I have to write about how each philosopher approached each topic. Also, I have to conclude the assignment and write how the conversation ended. Any suggestions on how I should start me paper off? And websites that would help me out. All suggestions are welcome because this is a difficult paper for me to write. THANKS
