  Well, the best and hardest to get into are ones like RADA - Royal Academy of Dance and Drama. Central is also very good. Italia Conte Stage School has a college department which is supposed to be good.Guildhall School of Music and Drama is also very good. Cambridge is also known for it's drama and arts department - and has a festival of drama every year. That is where people like Rowan Atkinson, Mel Smith, Grif Rhys Jones and many others started out. Most colleges and many universities do drama courses. Check what they offer. Drama is one of the courses that do not have mandatory grants - so many local authorities try not to fund these courses. it is important that if you need funding, you make sure your drama school/college is affiliated otherwise you have no hope of funding. To get into the really good and prestigious schools you have to show that you really are tallented - they are looking for people that go on to the Royal Shakespere Company or have the ability to really be something in the future, not wannabes.
