My top five in New England are MIT, Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth and Brown. If you are more interested in liberal arts schools, I'd say Williams, Amherst, Wellesley, Trinity, Mount Holyoke and Smith. If you are interested in Catholic schools, I'd say Boston College, the College of the Holy Cross and Providence College. If you are interested in fine art, I'd say the Rhode Island School of Design. If you are interested in public universities, I'd say move to the Midwest.

For Boston suburbs, Top 5 would be Harvard, Tufts, Holy Cross, Boston College, MIT. Brown is in Providence RI, about 1 hour from Boston.
