How to write a CV the British way?
-
I am a student in UK. Full time. I want to start looking for a part time job when I open uni this October. Thing is though, I am not too sure about the british way of writing CVs coz in the past I have gone around store leaving my CVs anf no one has offered me a job. Am starting to think its due to not knowing how to write a CV. So, anyone care to help me out on how it should be? If you have a sample then you can post it or if you have a link to any site plz. Also tips on how to get a job if you studying in a relatively small town. Thanks guys

Answer:
Doesn't matter how you write your CV, the chances of someone offering you a job just because you randomly dumped a copy of your CV on them are slim to nothing. I advise you to do what the rest of us do - do some work looking through job adverts and apply for those that interest you and you are qualified for.
