What's real college life like?

    Depending on your school, its kind of like a little city. You see the party animals, the druggies, the serious students, the scared ones, and the rich ones; you all coexist together. There is hard work, pain in the butt professors and late nights. You will have easy days of course, but I suggest you enjoy those to the fullest. There is always some deadline you need to be mindful of. You pretty much fall into routine after the first month. You feel a sense of freedom because you can pretty much do as you please. There is so much junk food and beer that you will gain weight, so I suggest you make friends with the gym. The people are different from high school, there is less drama and more thought out opinions.

surrounded by drunks. dorms smell like a combination of urine vomit and pot smoke. i don't party too much so for me dorms are nasty. it doesn't seem to bother everyone as much if they do party a lot. it depends on which school you go to as well. i went to a party school because i did not know it was one until i got there. and no one flushes the toilets. EVER the people are great though and become like family. nasty disgusting family.
