Can an undergrad LVN student challenge the board of nurisng in california?
-
Im an LVN undergraduate, currently i am a CNA here in California. I didnt finish my last subject (Carreer Oppurtunity), coz i run out of remediation. Many said and advice me to just challenge the board instead of continue my school in one of the accredited school of nursing here in California. I have finished all the clinical hours that is needed to fulfill the course. It's just the theory that I failed (subject - Carreer Oppurtunity), .

Answer:
I am not sure what you would gain. Are you saying you want the state board of nursing to not require you to complete this one course that all grads are required to successfully complete? If so, then that may not be possible. What does that course cover?
