What colleges have the best African/Afro-American Studies Program?

I'm a senior getting ready to apply to colleges so I need some help. I'm probably going to go to law school but I really want to major in AA studies along with sociology or political science (I haven't decided) as an undergrad. I'm looking for a college with a strong program that includes Hip Hop, Black Panther, Literature, and other social analysis. I looked on College board but it's not really specific on what colleges are best for a particular major. Any suggestions? Thanks. :)
