How can a 9th grader prepare to someday become a pediatrician?

I am in 9th grade. I really hope to someday become a pediatrician and i was wondering how to prepare. Such as; What classes should i take? What kind of grades should i get? What college is best? And any other preperations for my future. Thanks

get good grades! take science classes like bio, chem, anatomy and physiology. when ur an upperclassmen take AP science classes. it will look very good on your college application. volunteer in a hospital! that will help a tons. if ur GPA ends up not being like stellar then volunteer expirence will help u a great deal.
