Bachelors in Sports Management?

I' am in college and I have been exploring my options for a career. I have narrowed it down to public relations and sports management. I love everything about sports so sports management would be my first choice. What exactly can you do with a bachelors in sports management? What kind of internships do they offer for it? Is it an overcrowded market with people trying to get into it? Any type of information would be helpful, thanks!
