Help with a PreMed major?

COLLEGE MAJOR HELP ME PLEASE!?

  • Hi, Im a freshman at the University of washington this fall and i'm having a bit of trouble finding a major. I am on the premed track and i am not interested in majoring in a science or double majoring. Not that i hate science, i like it, just not enough to major in bio or biochemistry. And a double major would be overkill especially with the premed requirements. Anyway, i wanted to get your opinion on this 3 majors that i will probably pick. Classics, Anthropology or Economics. I know they are totally different but i just can't decide and i think its safe to say that im equally interested in all. If you had these three options which would you pick and why? i really value viewer feedback so any advice or insight or even sources you may have would be very helpful. Please don't be rude, i'd rather you not answer if you will. Thankyou for your time, i really appreciate your help!

  • Answer:

If you sign up for Economics you really should double major in math. Most people don't realize it until about 2 years in but economics involves a lot of math especially if you plan on going to grad. school.
