Best animation university?

Major university course dilemma! -(digital animation)?

• i WANT to go to JMC Academy for the bachelor of digital animation, because i want to either set myself a career in gaming animation or special effects, though it costs a lot :S and my mum is trying to make me go to Deakin, where apparently the animation course is relatively the same.. i personally can't compare the two :S any help on courses and universities would be real help..

  G'day, If your intention is to get a degree, then my recommendation is still going to uni, as the recognition of your degree will be equal anywhere in Australia. Call it old-fashion, but employers all over Australia (and the world) will still prefer graduates from uni. Hope this helps. You may also want to check the courses at RMIT & Swinburne as comparisons.
