What is a good foreign university for American students?

What are the entrance requirements for Oxford University for American students?

• I live in the USA but I also have citizenship with the Uk also. As I am about to enter high school in 2 weeks and am interested in attending Oxford University after I complete highschool I need to know the enterence requirements. What do they look for? How can I impress them? What highschool corses would be beneficiary to my acceptence? It may be too early to tell, but currently I am interested in reading (taking) "Economics and Management"

  Normally admissions for US students is based on SAT scores and performance on AP subjects. You'll need to score very high on the SATs and probably take around 5 AP courses. Oxford is usually also interested in extra-cirricular activities as well. From the little I know about the US system these activities are easier to acquire than in the UK. I have known some UK citizens who have been living in the US and have gained their highschool certificate and moved back to the UK and gone back to school here and done their A levels before applying to university. The UK education system is very different to the US one, and there is a big jump between the levels of high school and university
