  • Answer:

    1) what did you do/intend doing after college? I'm currently applying to veterinary school so after another four years of that, hopefully, I can be a veterinarian! 2) how much money did you have before college I didn't have any. My mom was smart enough to start an RESP fund when I was 4 which helped paid for 2 years of my university. The rest is from OSAP, which is a student loan program in Canada 3) did you take a gap year? No 4) what did you study? I currently study Animal Biology with a minor in English. 5) did you date during college? Yes I did! Although it is definately a challenge to date and study at the same time, university is a balance between self-learning and academic learning. 6) where did you live? I lived on residence for the first year and have lived off campus since then. 7) what kind of things did you bring to your dorm? Blankets, extra sheets/covers, lots of underwear and socks (because you get lazy to do laundry sometimes), all your toiletries (except toilet paper), a printer, a huge storage of printer ink and computer paper, simple first aid kit (bandages, gravol, tylenol) and a LOT of packaged food. 8) did you work? Yes! Work/volunteer experience relating to your major is very important during your university years. I think most companies/graduate schools try looking for a more well-rounded student who has average grades and work/volunteer experience over someone who only has a 4.0 GPA. 9) what electronics did you own before college? Only an iPhone. I bought a laptop right before college. 10) did you make any purchases during college? Major purchases are textbooks. I probably spend $500 a year on textbook which is crazy. Also, living expenses such as rent, internet and groceries. 11) did you have a card? A visa card? Yes. 12) what did you eat? did you like it First year I ate at the cafe because it was part of my tuition. It was decent. Now that I'm off campus, I have to fend for myself. When I have time, I like to cook things my way as opposed to the cafe/my mom's way but most of the time, university gets so hectic so I end up eating meals that are easy to prepare (salads, sandwiches, instant noodles)! 13) what college did you want to go to? Queen's University 14) what college did you go to Queen's University 15) what dreams did you have as a child? I dreamed of being a veterinarian 16) did any of your friends in high school get into ivy leagues? I'm from Canada so many of the people I know stayed in Canada. I only know a few that got into UPen, Stanford and Harvard.
