How do I become a Disney Imagineer?

I have wanted to work in the Disney Parks as a Disney Imagineer since a child, and still have that desire at 15. I am a very creative person. I like to design, plan, create, and build. How do I prepare for this sort of thing? What classes in college do I need to take to be qualified for the job of a Disney Imagineer? Thanks in advance!
