Chili's orientation help. What happens during orientation?

Uniform and other info is what they tell you during orientation--typically it's a chili's t-shirt which they will supply you w/, blue jeans, and black shoes (ServeSafe brand from walmart are the best and you wont slip) and black socks. I have worked as a server in quite a few resturants and I have to say Chilis was one of my least favorites. I truly disliked that job and most of the people there. It was very clique-y, the company was not a very fair one, they were unprofessional, and a lot of the clientel was ridiculous. Not to mention you have to work there a while to even get a decent section. As a hostess, you may get part time hours or maybe full time, depending on what they need. Just go into orientation and take a pad and a pen w/you so you can take notes of anything you may want to remember. I have only worked at one company I truly respect and that is DARDEN <3
