Exotic Food Restaurants in Orange County?

I'm a big exotic food fan and would love to find some restaurants that serve unusual items. Any known spots?

it really depends where in OC. if u are up for a really good dish for a really cheap price i'd say go to little saigon in westminister! any restaurant u go there will be very good. also, if u are up for a drive in carlsbad there is a place called the armeninan cafe, which has the best lamb ever! and some really good dessert called castaleah!

check around orange circle. a lot of antique stores, old buildings and restaurants. example is ruta.... ruta something.. known for salad mostly. felix's is a cuban restaurant right by teh circle. theres a bunch more. ive only tried those two.
