  • I just got hired as a Red Lobster hostess. This restaurant did not just open. What can I expect to happen at this orientation? Will I be alone or with other people? Thanks!

    A friend of mine worked there for a very short time. The first two weeks were shadowing and learning. They'll teach you the table sections, how to seat, and how to use the POS system. Learn the menu, because you'll also be taking phone calls for to-go orders.
